Parking Tickets may be paid by mailing 27 West Market Street, Palmyra, PA 17078, or in person at the Police Department. If you wish to respond in person, our regular Office hours are Monday – Friday 9AM - 3PM. If the Police Department does not receive payment within seven (7) days, the ticket is filed as a traffic citation.
