CONGRATULATIONS K-9 REX!
On Tuesday, January 03, 2023, the South Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors proclaimed the date to be "Officer Rex Day" in recognition of "His outstanding career and dedication to keeping the Township and our residents safe....."
Rex was able to retire after eight years of service with his handler, PTL Nicholas Ague. The Department extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Nick and Rex for the years of dedicated service. Rex will be missed.

May 2022: Congratulations to Patrolman Dylan Mohring who was sworn in on May 16, 2022, by Magisterial District Judge Carl Garver. The hiring of PTL Mohring brings the SLTPD complement to nine total Officers, including the Chief of Police.

Scott Firestone was promoted to the rank of Sergeant at the Board of Supervisors meeting on August 10, 2021.

April 2021: Congratulations to Patrolman John Dengler who was sworn in on April 19, 2021, by Magisterial District Judge Carl Garver. The addition of PTL Dengler brings the SLTPD complement to nine total Officers, including the Chief of Police. The addition of PTL Dengler will help the Police Department meet the increasing demands in our growing community.

September 2020: Congratulations to Police Secretary Sherry Peebles on her retirement after 30 years of dedicated service! The Police Department sincerely thanks Sherry for her decades of work and the countless contributions she has made. Her positive impact on the Township and the Officers has been profound. She will be sincerely missed. Thank you Sherry! We wish her the very best as she moves on to the next chapter in her life journey.
CONGRATULATIONS NICK! 2018 OFFICER OF THE YEAR
We are very pleased to announce that South Londonderry Township K-9 PTL Nicholas Ague has been named Lebanon Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #42, 2018 County Officer of the Year!
K-9 Patrolman Nicholas Ague was presented with the 2018, Lebanon County 'Officer of the Year' Award on January 10, 2019, at the Lebanon County Courthouse.
At the February 2019 Meeting, the South Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors passed Resolution 082019 acknowledging Tuesday, February 12, 2019, as "Patrolman Nicholas Ague Day" in recognition of his service and Officer of the Year Award. Congratulations to Patrolman Scott Firestone! In February 2019, he was recognized by The Center for Traffic Safety and the PA Highway Safety Network for his efforts in enforcement of aggressive driving violations. Scott's dedication and commitment to traffic safety make the roads of South Londonderry Township safer for everyone to travel.
